Welcome to the S.C.A.R. Job Framework!

This framework was developed by Morten Juul and Anders Kristensen with inputs from several others. Morten and I, as well as several of our friends, have used this framework to successfully land amazing jobs at some of the most competitive, fast-growing, and exclusive companies in the world - in a variety of industries from Venture Capital (Plug & Play, Darcy Partners, State Farm Ventures), to DeepTech (TESLA, Autodesk, Twillo). Morten and I have held several successful workshops for students at our old University, Hult International Business School, and due to feedback, we have decided to make the tools we developed available here as well.

We hope that this framework in combination with Notion's industry-leading features and tools will supercharge your job hunt and equip you to have the best possible chance to land your dream job. We want to start by going through the general format of how we would introduce and explain these concepts to you during on of our past workshops.
